Sherrisse Shinaul was born and raised in the vibrant neighborhood of Harlem, New York. As the youngest girl of four siblings, she grew up surrounded by a close-knit family and a strong sense of community. After dedicating thirty-two years of service to the City and State of New York, she retired, marking the end of a long and fulfilling career. Sherrisse is a proud mother of two adult children and has been happily married for 30 years.

In her free time, Sherrisse enjoys watching legal dramas, with Law and Order being her favorite. One of her most memorable experiences was appearing as an extra in an episode of Law and Order, as well as New York Undercover, where she got a firsthand look at the world of television production. These moments further deepened her appreciation for the genre. Sherrisse’s life has been shaped by her devotion to family, her career, and her passion for enjoying life’s little moments.
