Josalyn Dyer was born in Bellevue, Nebraska, and has lived in Norfolk for four years. She is an art enthusiast who enjoys painting, reading, cooking, and baking. Known for her bubbly personality, Josalyn has a passion for childhood education and is committed to making a difference in the lives of young children.
Holly Fritz
Behavior Technician
Holly Fritz, born in Lakeside, AZ, and raised in Thornton, CO, where she lived for over 20 years, is married with four children—three boys and one girl. She has a BS in International Business and is pursuing a master’s in hospital management. Holly enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, exploring museums, and recently completed the Muddy Princess 5k with friends. She loves helping others achieve their goals.
Terrance Bowers
ABA Therapy Senior Operations Manager
Terrance Bowers, with roots in Norfolk, VA, and a background in Business Administration and Information Technology, has significantly contributed to Civitas Health Services since 2016, initially driving the ABA program in Hampton Roads. Now as Senior Operations Manager, his responsibilities span strategic oversight and quality assurance across the Richmond and Hampton Roads regions, underlining his commitment to community service and organizational excellence.
Taylor Seymour
Behavior Technician
Taylor is a Behavior Technician (BT) born in Abilene, Texas, and raised in Hampton, Virginia. They love working in ABA and aspire to become a BCBA. In their free time, Taylor enjoys line dancing, playing video games with their boyfriend, and gardening.
Christalyn Morris

Christalyn Morris, with over a decade at Civitas Health Services, Inc., excels as an Executive Assistant, blending her extensive experience with ongoing business studies to drive the company's success. Her exceptional administrative skills and commitment to professional growth make her a key asset to the organization.
Sherrisse Shinaul
MHIOP Facilitator
Sherrisse Shinaul was born and raised in Harlem, New York, as the youngest girl of four siblings. She retired after thirty-two years of service to the City and State of New York. Sherrisse is a mother of two adult children and has been married for 30 years. She enjoys watching legal dramas, especially Law and Order, and even appeared as an extra in an episode of Law and Order and New York Undercover.
Destiny Milton
Behavior Technician
Destiny loves nature, cooking, video games, and animated movies, and is a fan of sci-fi and fantasy genres. She is about to graduate with a degree in psychology and is excited to begin her career as a Behavior Technician. Passionate about helping others, Destiny plans to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is eager to use her skills to positively impact lives by helping individuals overcome challenges and develop new skills.
Faustina Amankwaa
Functional Family Therapy - Therapist
Faustina Amankwaa, an FFT Therapist from Northern Virginia with Ghanaian roots, graduated from Old Dominion University. She enjoys yoga, painting, and event planning. Faustina is excited to join the FFT team and looks forward to helping others in the community.

Mahyar Vaghei is a Behavior Technician (BT) who moved to the United States from Isfahan, Iran, eight years ago. Isfahan, known for its stunning beauty, is fondly called "Isfahan nesfe jahan" (half the world). Mahyar enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, going to the gym, and playing basketball.
Erin Sifford
Functional Family Therapy - Team Lead
Erin Sifford, a certified mental health professional and family therapist, has over 10 years of experience working with children and families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Behavioral Sciences and specializes in communication, conflict resolution, and behavioral concerns. Erin enjoys collaborating with community organizations to provide accessible mental health resources. In her free time, she loves nature, watching the Green Bay Packers, and going on adventures. Erin looks forward to working with youth and families to foster positive change.
Rebecca Janney
ABA Therapy Team Lead
Rebecca Janney, with master's degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Healthcare Administration, leads Civitas Health's ABA Team. Specializing in autism spectrum disorders, she focuses on enhancing life and communication skills, and managing behaviors in diverse settings. Her work is driven by her teaching background and dedication to improving outcomes for children with autism in culturally diverse communities.
Ryan Anderson
MHS & SAIOP Senior Clinical Supervisor
Ryan Anderson, from Richmond, VA, is a licensed professional counselor with 16 years of experience as a community-based counselor and outpatient therapist. He is passionate about helping individuals and families thrive while reducing distress. Ryan is married with two children, ages 8 and 3, and enjoys swimming, fishing, watching movies, and coaching football with the 6-time state champions Highland Springs High School. He is excited to join the Civitas team.
